- Rent the Farmington Community Center
- Our facility rentals are handled by the Mocksville /Davie Recreation Dept., which is located in the Brock building at 644 N Main St. Mocksville, NC 27028. We require everyone to submit a Rental Application and a deposit. The deposit will be determined by number of people to attend the event and will be returned upon approval. Please note the Community Center Policies. A Rental Application may be obtained by downloading it from our sight or by obtaining one from the Recreational Dept.

RENTAL FEES
- Gym: Our gym will hold approximately 150 people. It contains 7 long tables and 50 folding chairs. It has a stage that can be used for additional sitting space or for music performances. For recreation, there are basketball, ping pong, and volleyball available. The fees are $70.00 for rentals up to 4 hours, and $100.00 for rentals over 8 hours.
- Meeting Room: The meeting room is great for meetings and small gatherings. It will hold approximately 35-40 people. There are 5 round tables, 2 long tables, and 40 chairs available. The room also has available; a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a handicap accessible restroom. The fees are $40.00 for rentals up to 4 hours, and $60.00 for rentals up to 8 hours.
- Picnic Shelter: The picnic shelter will seat approximately 70 people. It is within a fenced area and has a volleyball net available for recreation. The shelter does not have lighting; however, there are electrical outlets available. To reserve the picnic shelter, the fee is $30.00.
- Ball Field: The ball field is available to rent, during times when there is not a practice scheduled. The field provides extra recreation for church groups, family gatherings, and other events. The fee is $15.00 per hour with a maximum rental of 2 hours. Ball field rentals are scheduled by emailing Randall at marshall@yadtel.net.
