Rent the Farmington Community Center We require everyone to submit a Rental Application and a $100 deposit. The deposit will be returned upon approval. Please note the Community Center Policies. · Events Center:Our Events Center will hold approximately 225 people. It contains 12 round tables and 96 folding chairs, with additional seating available, upon request. It has a stage that can be used for additional sieating or for musical performances. The fees start at $110.00 for rentals up to 4 hours and $200.00 for rentals up to 8 hours. Larger event prices are based on the size of the party and type of event. · Banquet Hall: Our new Banquet Hall will seat 80 people and has a buffet bar for easier serving. The space also has a small stage that is great for special speakers or entertainers. The Banquet Hall also includes a new kitchen that has a gas stove, dishwasher, ice maker, and an average size refrigerator. The space is also handicap accessible. The fees are $250.00 per day. For half day rentals, (9am-2pm or 3pm-10pm) fees are $150.00. · Meeting Room: The meeting room is great for meetings and small gatherings. It will seat approximately 35-50 people. There are 5 rectangular tables and 40 chairs available as well child-sized tables and chairs. The room also has available a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a handicap accessible restroom. The fees are $60.00 for rentals up to 4 hours, and $90.00 for rentals up to 8 hours. · Picnic Shelter: The picnic shelter will seat approximately 70 people. It is within a fenced area and has a volleyball net available for recreation. The shelter does not have lighting; however, there are electrical outlets available. To reserve the picnic shelter, the fee is $40.00. Wedding packages are also available. Rental Rules & Regulations
Possession of controlled substances and consumption of fortified wines or any alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Possession of such will result in law enforcement being called in and immediate ejection from the property with no refund of rental payment or security deposit.
Amplified music and public address systems are not allowed outside, unless part of an authorized event. When used indoors, music must not be amplified to a level that it will be heard outside of the building. FCC is in a community and we ask that all renters be respectful of our neighbors.
Community Center patrons will be responsible for clean-up of rental space and properly disposing of any trash (including trash and balloons from the inside of the buildings and the surrounding grounds. Any required cleanup will result in a MINIMUM $25 fee, withheld from the security deposit
Smoke and fog machines are only allowed with prior approval and will result in an additional fee
All scheduled events must be over, and ALL clean-up completed, by 11:00pm. Any overage in time will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, or portion thereof, in full hour increments.
All rentals are subject to approval by the Executive Director and/or Board and any rental can be denied if it does not fit in with the mission of Farmington Community Association, Inc
Ball Field: The ball field is available to rent, during times when there is not a practice scheduled. The field provides extra recreation for church groups, family gatherings, and other events. The fee is $15.00 per hour with a maximum rental of 2 hours. Ball field rentals are scheduled by calling Stephen Smith at (336) 816-1314.
